Course Description
The Master in European Business (MEB) is a 1-year, 2-country postgraduate programme in management aimed at recent graduates from different educational backgrounds. It allows our students to prepare for a successful business career by acquiring key management skills and a professional mindset in a multicultural environment. For each of the two semesters, students are based in a different country on one of our five European campuses in London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, and Turin, or at our partner institutions in Thailand, Mexico or India. The choice of countries depends on the participant?s language skills and career ambitions. There is also the possibility to earn a double degree if certain requirements are met. Any students joining the MEB programme holding a previous degree with less than 210 ECTS credits will now have to complete 30 extra ECTS credits to obtain the MEB degree (this will comprise a Research Methods module and Master thesis in semester 2). Students will need a minimum of 15 months to complete the extended study track. This option is offered in Semester 2 at the Paris campus (French and English track) and at the Berlin campus (German and English track). The MEB offers two intakes. Our September intake offers 35 study tracks to choose from, including some available entirely in English. Our January intake offers 3 study tracks: Turin-London (taught entirely in English), Paris (taught in French)-London and Madrid (taught in Spanish)-London. The MEB is AMBA accredited in the category of Masters in Business and Management. The MEB focuses on providing students with a practical, hands-on approach. Participants undertake company consultancy projects in groups during each semester and complete the programme with a 3-month internship. This invaluable experience allows students to develop important job-seeking skills and apply acquired management knowledge and skills to a workplace reality. Amongst the hundreds of corporate partners who have recently sponsored interns are Ernst & Young, Barclays Wealth, Merrill Lynch, Cartier, Estee Lauder and Shopping.com. Each campus has a company relations team supporting students during their search. Academic year 201112 fess are ?17,500. The same fees apply to both EU and non-EU citizens.
